This Volume V3. Cutter custom build is in excellent condition and doesn't need a thing. Every part on it is top of the line high quality. Phil Wood wheelset is less than six months old and has very low miles on it. Teeth on both the Sugino 75 Zen chainring and the Phil Wood track cog are in excellent shape. There are some chips in the paint from everyday use but there isn't one ding on it. This bike has been meticulously cared for. Will possibly part it out depending on what you want and your offer.
